UP4GRABZ – Giveaways & Flash Deals

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. Free Giveaways are open to eligible Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
1.2. VIP Giveaways and Flash Deals are available exclusively to active VIP Members.
1.3. VIP Membership is optional and not required to enter Free Giveaways.
1.4. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of UP4GRABZ may be excluded from selected promotions.

2. Free Member Giveaways

2.1. UP4GRABZ may run promotional giveaways that are free to enter and open to registered Free Members.
2.2. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win a Free Giveaway.
2.3. Standard entry methods, prize details, eligibility, and winner selection methods will be clearly stated for each giveaway.
2.4. Winners are selected fairly and in accordance with the published rules for each promotion.
2.5. Free Giveaways are conducted as trade promotions and are not lotteries, raffles, or gambling activities.

3. VIP Appreciation Giveaways

3.1. From time to time, UP4GRABZ may offer VIP Appreciation Giveaways as a loyalty reward for active VIP Members.
3.2. VIP Appreciation Giveaways are not required to join VIP, are not guaranteed, and are offered as an additional benefit of VIP Membership.
3.3. VIP Membership does not guarantee winning any giveaway or reward.
3.4. Entry mechanics, selection methods, prize details, and eligibility for VIP Appreciation Giveaways will be clearly disclosed for each promotion.
3.5. VIP Appreciation Giveaways are separate from Free Giveaways and do not replace the availability of free entry options.

4. Winner Selection

4.1. Winners for Free Giveaways and VIP Appreciation Giveaways may be selected at our discretion or by:

• Randomly, using a neutral random selection method; or

• By skill-based judging, where stated.
  4.2. The selection method will be clearly identified for each giveaway.
  4.3. All decisions are final, subject to applicable laws.

5. Flash Deals (VIP Members Only)

5.1. Flash Deals are limited-quantity offers made available to selected VIP Members.
5.2. Allocation of Flash Deal opportunities may occur via selection or random allocation to ensure fair distribution of limited stock.
5.3. Allocation of a Flash Deal opportunity does not constitute winning a prize.
5.4. Members allocated a Flash Deal may purchase the product at the advertised Flash Deal price, subject to availability.
5.5. Standard purchase conditions, including payment, shipping, and returns, apply.

6. No Gambling or Pay-to-Win

6.1. No giveaway or Flash Deal operated by UP4GRABZ requires payment to enter a game of chance.
6.2. VIP Membership fees relate to access to additional features, community benefits, and appreciation rewards — not the purchase of entries.
6.3. All giveaways are conducted in a manner intended to comply with Australian trade promotion regulations.

7. Notification

7.1. Winners or selected members will be notified via email and/or their member dashboard.
7.2. Allocation rights, prizes, or rewards are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
7.3. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

8.1. All physical products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
8.2. UP4GRABZ does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
8.3. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms.

9. General

9.1. UP4GRABZ reserves the right to amend, pause, or cancel any giveaway, Flash Deal, or promotion where reasonably necessary.
9.2. UP4GRABZ reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or similar value if required.
9.3. By participating, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
